The New Single

So I'm sitting at home on one of my too-many-to-count single nights. Today since I've gotten home at 4, I have:

Done 2 loads of laundry

Loaded and unloaded the dishwasher

Bathed the puppy

Watched American Idol results

Cleaned up puppy vomit

Balanced my checkbook

I'm acting like a married couple with kids...and I'm single with a dog!!

After 20 years of being a constant student, I have been allowed 9 months of freedom to find who I am. In the 6 months since my break started, I have yet to figure out who I am. I still don't know how to have a life. I have me and my puppy. How do people meet each other these days? What am I supposed to do?
